The best sarnie ever!

Have you ever seen the film Spanglish? It has Adam Sandler in it and he falls in love with his spanish maid. Its actually not a bad film but a little sad. In one of the scenes Adam makes a beautiful sandwhich with bacon, egg and cheese and since I saw this its actually been one of my go toos.
When i saw the recipe in Binging with Babish Cookbook i was so excited and knew I had to make this! First of all i set the oven to 190c and while that was warming up i took my muffin top roll and cut it in half. The recipe calls for some monterary jack cheese on the bottom of the bun. So i settled for mature cheese instead.
After frying a couple of bits of bacon i put the bottom half of the bun with cheese in the oven. Its only going in until the cheese has melted. Next the top bun should have a layer of mayo on top. Were not really a mayo household so i opted for butter instead and added a leaf of romaine lettuce 4 slices of tomato and then started with the egg.
The egg needs to be runny to get the gooey centre needed. Add some.salt and pepper to your taste and now its time to build!
On top of your cheese add the bacon and egg. Then top off with your top bun of rabbit food as my dad likes to call it! Give it a cut in half and there you have it a ooey gooey latenap bap.
